How long does a print take?+
Entre 1 i 4 hores per a la majoria de projectes, a una velocitat pràctica de 2-3 m²/hora. Muntatge de la màquina: 5 minuts. Un projecte de 20 m² (Restaurant) s'acaba el mateix matí. El teu negoci no s'interromp en cap moment.
What guarantee and insurance do you offer?+
All jobs include a <strong>written 5-year guarantee</strong>. If the print deteriorates prematurely under normal use, we resolve it at no extra cost. We carry <strong>public liability insurance</strong> for commercial spaces (restaurants, hotels, offices).
Can you create the design if I don't have one?+
Yes, completely. If you don't have a file or sufficient resolution, our design team creates it for you <strong>at no extra cost</strong>. The free 3D render (24h) lets you approve the exact result before printing.
Why Octaprint and not adhesive vinyl?+
Vinyl yellows, peels at corners and lasts 3-5 years. Octaprint prints <strong>directly onto the surface</strong>, no adhesive. 5+ year lifespan. Same real cost over 5 years as 2 vinyl replacements.
What surfaces does it work on?+
Pràcticament totes: guix, pintura de làtex, fusta, pedra, maó, clínker, metall, vidre, ceràmica i rajoles. Fins i tot revoc rugós fins a 10mm de profunditat. Sensors làser adapten el capçal a les irregularitats de la paret en temps real.
What's the maximum print height?+
Alçada mínima: 1,7 m. Alçada màxima: 4 metres (amb extensió d'eix). Amplada: il·limitada. No hi ha restricció horitzontal. Marges tècnics: 6 cm esquerra, 10 cm dreta, 25 cm dalt i baix.
How long does the print last and can it be removed?+
Durada mínima: 5+ anys en ús interior. Tintes UV veganes resistents a la llum solar, humitat i abrasió. Per eliminar-la: en vidre, amb una rasqueta; en altres superfícies, amb 2-3 capes de pintura per sobre. No s'envelleix ni s'engroga com el vinil.
What file format do I need for the design?+
Acceptem AI, EPS, TIF, PNG, JPG i BMP. Si no tens arxiu o la resolució no és suficient, el nostre equip de disseny l'adapta o el crea des de zero sense cost addicional. Fins i tot plantilles en paper escanejades funcionen perfectament.
Do you travel anywhere in Spain to print?+
Sí. Operem a tota Espanya, Andorra i Portugal. Els primers 100 km des de Barcelona no tenen cap cost de desplaçament. Per a distàncies superiors t'informem de manera transparent en el pressupost. Cap cost ocult.
